Smiitten may at its absolute discretion amend the terms & conditions from time to time by posting the amended terms & conditions on the website and such will be effective as at that date. Should you not agree with such changes, you must terminate your membership of Smiitten by sending us an email notification to customerservice@smiitten.com

Customer Registration

In order to become a registered customer, a customer must complete a personal details form before placing an order for goods with Smiitten. This is located on the website by link reference or at the checkout process page. You warrant that all information and data provided by you during this registration process is accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly inform Smiitten if there is a change to this information or data.

You must take responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password. Upon completion of a transaction or website visit to Smiitten, it is advisable to log off to ensure your personal information submitted to Smiitten is not used by the next person on the computer. You are liable for any activity if your username and password are used by an unauthorised person. You release and indemnify Smiitten in relation to any liability arising out of the unauthorised use of your username or password. If you suspect or know that someone has stolen or obtained your username and password you must contact Smiitten in writing to cancel and/ or change.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive our best to deliver our products to you at the fastest possible time. Before our items are shipped, each item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure they are in an excellent condition. 

Shipping Procedures

  • Any purchases made within Indonesia will be delivered using a trusted Local Courier Service, and will be charged based on location (except for orders made within Surabaya area will be delivered using any local courier services).
  • A regular shipping service usually takes about 1-3 working days to deliver within Surabaya area or 2-5 working days (or longer, depending on your location) to ship to other cities in Indonesia.   • Your order will only be processed in our working days, from Monday to Friday within 09.00 am - 18.00 pm. If the payment confirmation received after 1.00 pm, we will consider it the next day. PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
  • An email will be sent to your email address when your purchase leaves the warehouse. The email will contain the package’s tracking information.
  • Due to the exclusivity of our product, every order will be sent 1-2 days after we received a copy of your payment receipt (full amount transfer) or your payment confirmation form, available on our website.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship your orders, if problems occurred regarding the payment


  • Shipping quotes are generated automatically when you enter your address. You can click on the calculate shipping button to view the shipping cost to your location.
  • Please also note that your shipping cost will be charged based on the total weight of your order. 
  • The weight of your order will be charged for a minimum of 1 kg but if it exceeds 1kg, it will be rounded up (e.g. if your order is weighted at 1.4kg, it will be charged for 2kgs or if your order is weighted at 2.7kgs, it will be charged for 3kgs, and so on).
  • Shipping cost will appear together with your total after checkout.

Shipping Rules

  • PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for the risk of losing the item while it is in transit to you. 
  • We will not be accountable for the mistake when you provide us with an incomplete or misspelled shipping address that can result in our shipping courier cannot deliver your items.

International Orders

Returns Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any exchange. However, if you are unsure about sizing, please contact us at customerservice@smiitten before placing your order.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds on change of mind. However if an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or give you store credits for the items total value (does not include the initial postal charges). Items for refund will only be accepted if the product is unworn and unwashed with tags and packaging intact. Please note that customers will be responsible for the delivery fees for refunding the items.

If you would like to return your purchase, you must contact us at customerservice@smiitten.com within 2 days or the day after receiving your purchase and we will send you an email containing returns instructions on returning the product. Once the customer has received returns instructions, the item must be sent back immediately to us and we must receive the item within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange or credit stores. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the exchange or store credits will be given to you.

It is recommended that you use a trustworthy delivery method for all returns otherwise you will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Payment Methods

Payment can be securely made through bank transfer, which is only available via Bank Central Asia (BCA).

We are currently not accepting credit cards. All pricing is in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and inclusive of GST. After payment is done, please send back your payment receipt to customerservice@smiitten.com or fill in the payment confirmation form, available on our website

Delivery of the purchased products will be made one day (except if it falls on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays) after we receive the payment receipt or the payment confirmation form. Please allow 3 to 5 days to complete the processing and delivery (within Indonesia). We are apologize for not being able to hold your order(s) if there is no payment made within 1 hour.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please ensure that the order is correct before clicking on the submit order button. Smiitten reserves the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may include but is not limited to:
- The product ordered is unavailable from stock, the inability to obtain authorisation of payment , the identification of an error within the product information; including price or promotion
