- Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds on change of mind. However if an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or give you store credits for the items total value (does not include the initial postal charges).
- Items for refund will only be accepted if the product is unworn and unwashed with tags and packaging intact.
- PLEASE NOTE: Customers will be responsible for the delivery fees for refunding the items.
- If you would like to return your purchase, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days or the day after receiving your purchase and we will send you an email containing returns instructions on returning the product.
- Once the customer has received returns instructions, the item must be sent back immediately to us and we must receive the item within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange or credit stores.
- Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the exchange or store credits will be given to you.
