At Smiitten we try to give our customers a great online shopping experience. You can easily start your shopping experience with us right away by following these simple steps.

  1. Browse our collection in the product page and click on the desired product.
  2. Please read our Terms&Conditions page before ordering.
  3. Select the size and quantity and then click on the Add to Bag button underneath each item. Shortly you will be directed to your shopping cart and you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  4. When you choose to continue shopping, you can always review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on my shopping bag link at the top of the page. You can use the remove link to delete unwanted items from your shopping bag.
  5. If you decide to finalise your order, you can click on the checkout button. First time user will be asked to fill in personal details (email address, delivery information, etc.).
  6. Review all your details, click on calculate shipping then click on submit order to complete the process.
  7. You will be given an order number and a log in information (first time user) containing a username and password, so you can shop even quicker next time and view your order history.
  8. A log in information (first time user) as well as the e-invoice containing your order information will be sent to your email.
  9. After receiving the e-invoice in your email, you can make a secure payment through bank transer (please see Payment for further details). PLEASE NOTE: If we don't receive your payment confirmation within 1 hour after ordering, your order will be automatically cancelled.
  10. When payment is done, please notify us by sending back your payment receipt to or fill in the payment confirmation form, available on our website.
  11. PLEASE NOTE that in most cases, we will not be responsible to refund back your money if you made any payment mistakes. Therefore please read our Terms&Conditions page and carefully review your order before proceeding to payment.
  12. COMPLETED! Now just sit back, relax and wait for your orders to arrive.


The availability of our products can be found on our product details page, however if you wish to order any sold out items, you are welcome to email us at as we may be able to place a special order for you.

Eligibility to Purchase

Payment can be securely made through bank transfer. The bank transfer is only available via Bank Central Asia (BCA). We are currently not accepting credit cards. All pricing is in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change. Delivery of the purchased products will be made approximately 1-2 days (except if it falls on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays) after we receive a payment receipt from the customer or the payment confirmation form (available on our website). Your order will be cancelled if there is no payment confirmation after 1 (one) hour.
